根據微軟今年8月發布在2021年7月31日之後不再繼續提供Skype for Business Online的服務之後，大家都很關心現在手邊那些已經投資的Skype Phone (3PIP, 3rd Party IP Phones)該何去何從。
這份文件指出，雖然2021年7月底後，Skype For Business Online不再繼續服務，但3PIP可以在功能有限的情況下繼續使用至2023年7月31日。

但微軟也不會在認證新的Skype Phone 了。
所以，微軟鼓勵大家開始往Teams的新世界邁進，而話機的廠商如Audiocodes 也推出了讓用戶話機保障投資的方案，基本上就是大家現在買Skype話機的時候多加一點點保險費，屆時就可以全折抵費用換用Teams Native Phone. 可以看看下列連結:
